Refund Policy

First of all, we want to thank you for choosing our service and hope you finding it interesting and what you were looking for.

However, we want to let you know that we don’t offer a refund whatever the reason is. Once a payment is made a subscription plan is started, we cannot refund or stop the service until the subscription expires.

IPTVCanada.TV offer many different subscription services to help decide if IPTV is right for you. This includes a 36 hour free trial, $10 for the first month, and a monthly subscription plan.

Automatic Billing and Renewals

When you sign up for service, you agree to our Terms, Conditions and Refund Policies, this includes automatic billing and renewal of subscriptions. The only subscriptions that are not renewable are the 36 hour trial and 1st month trial, as these are trial subscriptions. You can upgrade these subscriptions to recurring subscriptions, but this has to be done by you, the customer, or us, IPTVCanada.TV manually. Our system will not renew or upgrade these automatically.

For recurring billing subscriptions (1 Month, 3 Month, 6 Month, and 12 Month) our system will renew these subscriptions automatically and will be charged automatically to the payment method we have on file. Therefore, at the end of each subscription, you will automatically be billed and charged for the next billing cycle. For Example, 1Month Subscription will be billed every month, 3 Month Subscription will be billed every 3 months, and so on..

If you no longer require the subscription, we recommend filing a cancellation request through your IPTVCanada Client Account prior to renewal so it sets your subscription to expire and it will not renew. Also note, that if your subscription renews automatically and you file a cancellation request immediately, you will be cancelling your subscription and no refund will be given as stated in this Refund Policy.
