
If you are having issues with our service, or your app is giving “Invalid Details”, it is currently not related to our service. We recommend trying the following:
- Clear the app cache.
- If that doesn’t work, clear the app data, reboot your device and try again.
- As a final step, if the issue continues, reinstall the app and reboot your ISP router or modem.
If that doesn’t work, there is a greater chance your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is blocking the IPTV connection due to the World Cup being televised. We are seeing some ISPs doing this. The only way around this, is to look at trying the connection with a VPN. We cannot guarantee your ISP won’t block the VPN connection, or if this will work for your situation, but we are seeing this work for most customers.
One more test, go to our site – live.iptvcanada.tv , if you do not see the message below, that means something is blocking the connection from your end, which is most likely your ISP. We will utomatically close tickets if you do not state you tried all these above.
